rooms are good that's why I gave 3 star but cutting 2 star because 1st reception guy is very lazy I came in check-in he was eating food I understand but when I said o have confirmed booking then also he was eating as I have paid online couldn't able to cancel and bathroom leakage in sinks and floor too irritating and in morning he took from me without any reason

Good Stay
it was clean and tidy. hotel staff is also good. As they mentioned early check-in, if rooms are available but they are charging for it.

Good Stay
1. 4 - Comfortable stay, good service and staff were polite. Overall nice experience. 2. 4 - Hotel was neat and clean, location is good, had a pleasant and relaxing stay. 3. 4 - Stay was comfortable with good hospitality, only few areas need improvement. 4. 4 - Rooms were well maintained and service was timely. Terrible
The room did not have Tatasky, no hot water, no room attendant. my experience was terrible. they didn't even give towels and basic toiletries. The bedsheets were also not cleaned. I booked 2 rooms and both were the same unhygienic. Not suggested to stay .

Poor Stay
The food quality was bad, the room Had wet floors due to rain and not properly protecting the room. The window was broken and the bed sheets were dirty.

Good experience
This is a good budget hotel with all basic amenities. Stay was comfortable. Running hot water didn’t come. As Vizag weather was hot, managed it.

Good Stay
Property is good and budget friendly. Location is also good. Beach is at walking distance. Had breakfast there, which was nice. Staff is cooperative and humble

Not met expectations
No Hot Water, very congested Room & Washroom. TV is not a smart, will not have access to any Apps and Dish TV doesn't have access to all channels, they are not subscribing for any requested channels, Parking also limited and very narrow to go inside. Not provided Towels.

no hot water, no inclusion of sports channels in dish and TV is not a smart for Android Apps, congested washroom

Best place to stay in viz a
Our stay was very wonderful. The property is located nearby to all the famous tourist places in vizag. The breakfast was also amazing and keeps changing daily. The amenities provided by them are the same as listed. Also the service was amazing.

The hotel was good and all the facilities were also good. Everything was good but only the food was too costly otherwise the hotel was well maintained.

Bad behaviour at the reception
No proper response at the reception whenever called. Breakfast was late everyday. We have booked the room with breakfast and had wait for it and eventually were late to the office.

Average stay with high price
familyRoom given was small for the price of delux room. Room was adequate for the stay of one person only. Breakfast was average. Not really recommended.

It was pathetic, ac was not working, fan was not working. The room was fully humid. Not recommended at such high price.
