On October 5, 2025, at 10:30 PM, I checked into Landmark Hotel and was assigned Room No. 301. The check-in was late at night, and upon entering, I immediately noticed several issues: the room was smelly, the bedsheets were not clean, the air conditioning (AC) was excessively noisy, and the local cable television connection was not working. When I checked out at 1:00 PM the following day, I reported these issues. I was informed that the staff would only rectify problems after being notified, implying they do not inspect the amenities before assigning a room. This suggests a lack of proactive quality assurance, which is unacceptable. Breakfast and Extra Charges * Breakfast: I had paid for breakfast, but only idli and upma were provided. When I inquired, I was told this limited selection was due to low occupancy. I expect a standard, paid breakfast offering regardless of the hotel's occupancy rate. * Late Checkout Fee: Furthermore, I was charged an extra Rs. 600 for staying one hour past the standard checkout time. * Direct Booking Information: , the receptionist, stated that had I booked directly through the hotel, they would have provided a 24-hour check-in/check-out time. This suggests that the hotel's agreement and service quality for guests booking Conclusion and Request for Action The overall experience and the responses from, the receptionist at Landmark Hotel, were extremely poor.

Police raided at midnight. I was travelling with family. They constantly rang the alarm at 2 am until we opened the door. Zero room safety and service.

Good location and response

Location is prime one. Food serving and taste is very good. Hospitality is also good. There is chance to improve amenities.

Location was in a narrow lane. No restaurant available there. Breakfast was free & was good. Rooms are spacious but AC leaking water continuously & tripped in night. Service was average, got to carry the luggage on our own to the room.

pillows cushion were very dirty...cover was hiding it as much as possible. Rest everything was good...room was neat and clean.

Location is good with reasonable parking space. They serve veg food only, but of reasonably good. Complementary breakfast type and variety depends upon the amount of guests onboard. Amenities too satisfactory. Lucrative part is service of reception. Overall experience is very satisfying.

I think the hotel is well maintained but there are a lot of delays in room service, no hot water for bathing, no proper wifi connectivity to the rooms. Only best thing is the bed comfort and AC. I felt the price is too high.

I opted for AC room and it never worked. They shifted us to a different room after complaining, still the result is same. It's waste of money

I don't recommend this hotel. I booked an ac room as it's peak summer but ac is just a toy there, doesn't function as it is supposed to

The Hotel Staff was very Welcoming and very helpful but the Hotel rooms and Bed size was very small.

Good ambiance with good behaviour of staffs. Food quality also very good. Rooms are well cleaned.I love to stay further.

The room is very clean and comfortable. And the staff at service desk and room services are very friendly. Our stay timing is very less but still the best option.

my check in time was 12pm but i check in at 8am but at the time of check out i check out 9AM for 1 hour they claim 900rs extra also staff called me three times that you check out time is over very unfortunate that I visited in this hotel 3rd time
