property location is good but there is zero mgt at hotel for up keep & hygiene lot of leakages & damaged lavotories based room was offered to us, kettle was not working, hygiene of room was pathetic, no dental Kit, Breakfast was just formality & area where breakfast was offered was horrible with bad smell & dirty kitchen area, cutlery was not available, breakfast was not sufficient to guests, not recommended at all, no value to money which was paid equivalent to 4 star hotels

The wait time was too long on arrival There were different people at reception which made confusion on my stay Breakfast was over before the time on my second day too I booked deluxe room and the window opened to the backstreet. In app it shown as beautiful scenery. Overall not happy with stay.

The location is nice, though the beach is not visible directly from the property but it is hardly 200 meters, The breakfast served is tasty but only South Indian. Most of the rooms have two separate single beds, so those who are travelling with kids may face problems, so it is better to confirm it before checkin. No restaurant is available inside the hotel so you may have to order your lunch and dinner through Swiggy or zomato. Major tourist spots are within walking distance. The staff is good and the cleanliness is also good.
