Review Of Hotel Ocean View

Room was good.maintenance is ok. No separate canteen for food.Hot water was not properly coming.Ok for this budget.

Stayed here recently and I must say, the room was excellent — clean, spacious, and felt premium. Though I noticed a few mosquitoes here and there, it wasn’t a major issue. Everything else — from the bed to the bathroom and overall ambiance — was perfect. The staff were polite and helpful too. Despite the minor mosquito issue, I’d still give it a solid 5-star rating for the comfort and quality. Definitely recommend!

The room is not up to the mark and the staffs are not friendly and helpful at all. the location of the hotel is also in a remote area.

Hotel is near for Beach but quiet away from main city, hotel staff is good , over all its good to stay

This is not a budget hotel because this is too far from rk beach even you won’t get proper food in this locality this building is located near by houses so you will be disturbed with mic sets no cc cameras no parking inside at least they are not providing complimentary water bottles as well they are suggesting to collect the water from cans as that is complimentary at this price 1800 we will get near dabagardens and you need to burn your fuel to go from this stay in to anywhere i don’t suggest this hotel totally disappointed with my trip don’t fall in trap with 5 star ratings and finally no partial sea view

I had one of the worst experiences where in the pictures they posted were all fake apart from that when i tried to get into the bed they didn't change the sheets nor cleaned it enough where i just randomly found someone's hair in 3 different places including my bed and when i asked for the refund they didn't give me. So if u ask me to rate this hotel forget about 0 star i would search for the negative highest number. If u would ask me i would suggest u not to take choose this hotel

This hotel is very rear to rushikonda beach and has a good amount of eateries nearby. Room was good and spacious with balcony. They charged extra for ac. Parking dove is available. The staff of very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to david and his staff.

Everything was gud. Owner of this hotel is good. When faced with some problem spoken the owner he helped us thank u.

Many things to mention: 1. For Early check in they made us wait for an hour in the lobby and charged extra for it. 2. ⁠There was no mirror in the room and asked to clean the room the everyday and change the bed sheets but never changed them , just sorted the existing one. Geyser wasn’t there and always needed to call the reception to allow hot water. 3. ⁠I agree they’ve provided a kettle as we needed hot drinking water every morning but these all amenities are something which needed to be provided. 4. ⁠requested for 1-2 hrs of late check out but didn’t allow and were charging 50% of room rent for 2hrs. 5. Over all it was Average experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

We have stayed in the hotel for the two days the rooms are very hygiene and neat. The service was good

Ocean view is not a hotel but an overpriced lodge. There is no view of the ocean but the smell of nearby open drain gives you nausea. We booked 2 rooms. One room was too small and smelled like drainage. The other room did not have facility of hot water and even the fan could not be used due to the noice it made. Only one car can be parked inside the premises. Biggest disadvantage is that there is no attached restaurant. Hotel does not provide facility to prepare tea. Every day they offer the same breakfast of idle vada combo which they buy from road side vedors. I regret that i booked this hotel for my family vacation. All my attempts to contact mmt were also in vain as they did nothing to help me cancel my booking at this hotel. This is definitely not the hotel i would ever like to visit again.

No food, poor communication, no exhaust fan in the toilets, no mirror. Even staffs were non cooperative

Property was good and the rooms are small, 24*7 running water service, staff and receptionist were nice n calm.

2. Utterly useless hotel. Your team has not done a good survey. The hotel lacks basic amenities. Your guy who did the inspection of the hotel is not upto date or was not efficient poor service. Misleading photos first day on arrival room was dusty. Bedsheets full of dust as though nobody has stayed there for ages. No telephone in room 101. The people trying to book a room in a budget this is the best stay i say. Very nice ambiance but they didn't provided the sea view but that okay.
