A COMPLETE HOME STAY FOR FAMILY
Really it's an extraordinary hotel because I feel it as my home. All types of facilities are available. The cleanliness is also very much appreciating. The care taker behaviour is very noble. The railway station, the medical facilities and other facilities are also available and nearby to the location. Our family love this stay too much.

the property is centrally located but the locality is slum. care taker is goog but the gizer was not working and the water supply was not upto mark

Thank you for staying with us its heart of the city... near by Jagadamba Junction and commisioner office back side of Chitralaya Mall and ICICI bank it looks like slum for you,, any way thank you for complement as slum... and poor our property is located back side of Green Park Hotel, district court and Jagadamba Thetre. Next time we will shift our home stays to near by Novotel or hotel taj pls welcome

The stay inside is new and decent, but the locality outside is not clean only suitable for bachelors

in now a days stay at hotels to best stay in home stay….& i get a perfect homestay like my own house … yes of course i am telling about my recent stay experience in swagan home stay, vizag rooms are very clean….furniture also good & the caretaker are just wow ….they guide us …what ever we want they just arrange it so quickly…& this apartment located the jagdamaba junction which is a market area guys …..overall i am fully satisfied.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Swagan Home stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The care taker Mr Srinu were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.Thank you Srinu for everything you did for us.Nothing was too much trouble. Even the Owner Mr. Suresh Bhogi use to make sure that his guests are comfortable, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.
