The actual checkout time is 11, but they tell us to check out at 10. They act like it’s our mistake. In one word — if you want to see how terrible hotels in Vizag can be, come to this one

1st day we can't stay there during some water problem, they shifted us to another hotel & 2nd they we checked in the hotel, which was really very bad.

No privacy and that time they don’t show on website that they are under maintenance so we had to face many issues

Yes, the room is ok and bathroom is also big, but there are cockroaches. The room has electricity operated locks so at all times ur reception will have access to ur room. Also if lights go out, u can’t enter ur room. Light went out and we got stuck in the elevator and there is no emergency button. Horrible experience

It was the most pathetic hotel to ever exist

Could be better in hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms were not as per the photo shown in the app. The hotel staff were good. The location is also good. Overall rating should be average.
