They will provide 1 5₹ medimix soap. We have to purchase everything else including water bottle. No food but there are options outside the hotel. Worst amenities, poor maintenance, shameless service. When you step out of the hotel you will find lots and loads of Rajasthani and Andra food. You will find meals starting from 50 - 120. The catch is room service boy charged me ₹360 which is not even worth eating. Next day morning I had wonderful breakfast for just ₹60.Finally, don't worry about the lights they don't even turn on the board. Be careful there are bed bugs 🪲

No more cleaning,No maintenance, No proper service,Low class lift seevice... bedsheet average clean and provide us dirty and thin blancket.....

This hotel location is very good,close to railway station,all vehicles are available here, RK Beach from here just 20/ fare auto/bus.staffs are cooperation,drinking water is available in this hotel,many restaurants, street food are nearby.Rooms are not big also but cleen,lift available .

Bedsheet and pillow cover was not properly clean, fan speed was not okay,

Housekeeping services cleanliness of blankets are not good. The room looks broader in image but in reality it's not like that. Washroom was clean .

After entering our rooms we found liquor bottles in the cupboard. Tap in bathrooms aare broken.

That hotel was very good for traveler. If you go to Visakhapatnam I give you a advice book this hotel

The property is very clean and situated near vishakhapatnam railway station. All the staff are very cooperative and helpful. There was no food in the hotel but there are many good quality restaurants very close to the property. Price is too high and service is very very poor Booking online is waste. They are giving at low prices

The building was a bit old. Average in cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful. And close to the railway station

Good hospitality and management

Overall good and nearer to Visakhapatnam railway station. The amenities and facilities need to be little bit improved for tourists.

The cleanliness in the room was very dirty. The wine shop just next to the hotel, that is why staying here is not good for couples. Staff behaviour is good.

Rooms are very small in size. Not ventilated. Stinky Bedsheets and washrooms. Please don't go by the pics on the internet. Only plus is the location.

It's not worth the money we pay it looks like a lodge not a hotel congested rooms and not clean. not recommended for family
