from out side may be it's good but the rooms are not clean,the linen are so dirty,I thought may it's for my room it's same like other room, wardrobe and tv unit are almost broken,even early check in allow in online but in hotel they won't allow some times.as price point little bit cheaper side does not mean the service or room has be 3 Rd calss .

Old property 1st thing, no hot water available, ac not working in my room, and room condition very poor.

worst stay ever, the TV 's are not working, The Ac's are automatically turned off at night, there is no complimentary late check-out, while booking they shows complimentary early check-in late check-out, but reality they demand us to check out before our actual check out time, 😡, worst hotel, worst stay, there is no proper amenities also, never recommended property

actually we've losted keys somewhere..but we asked for extra keys they..instead and asked for 3000 extra for keys...we denied it and they've said we won't let u take your luggage from our room then at last we paid the final amount and vacated As soon as possible, Such a cleaning,No sufficient Water facility..not even mugs,tap working in bathroom ..Ac isn't working..Not even providing fresh pillow covers,and towels ..Totally very ugly

Worst hotel in my lifetime..I haven't experience this much issues in any of my stay.. Very dirty bedsheet, pillow and even the rooms are too much dirty..When asked to change the bedsheet - they replied "Sb itna hi saaf hai" and not changed.. They save electricity by switching off all lights and fan of lobby and receptionl... Staff behavior was okay but hotel condition is worst..They don't even provide complimentary water... and AC condition is too pathetic, dirty inside, don't know how it's working.. Itna worst experience kbhi nhi rha life me.....If you want to have a enjoyable and safe trip, then don't go for this hotel...Images and reality is too different.. Even found worms in bathroom for 2 time s

No room maintenance, no proper service response and the worst experience with staff. There was no room maintenance, the response to service requests was inadequate, and I had a terrible experience with the staff.

The images which the app is showing and the room is having a quietly different, low maintenance, not reasonable for the price. The worst experience I have.

Present condition is very different from uploaded photos. Hygeine not maintained. Broken bathtub. No hand wash. Pathetic bedsheets. I complained to customer on the first day itself ni help from MakeMyTrip.
