don't book this hotel. . Food quality also very poor. Service also not. good . Charges also very high .

Not a value for Money, No restaurant
Pros : Very near to RK beach, excellent location l. The staff is very humble and polite, and respectful to the customers. Cons; Rooms are very old. Don't go for standard room at all, if u can afford little extra go for Executive room only. Don't include Breakfast, you will be given a parcel will come at 9am. There is no restaurant in this Hotel.

the rooms are well decorated and comfortable but there was no room service for foods, if you order something then they will procure the same from a nearby restaurant and will deliver to your room in plastic containers in a carry bag. there was no sign of any housekeeping staff instead observed a security to attend to all issues.

Extremely Rude Reception Staff & Unprofessional Behavior
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the management staff at the reception. During my stay, I accidentally slipped in the parking area because of water logging and lightly brushed against a bike parked there. The contact was minimal and caused a barely visible, 1cm mild scratch on the footrest—yet the staff (Karthik)threatened me and demanded ₹1500 for the scratch. The way he spoke to me was aggressive and completely unprofessional, making me feel unsafe and harassed as a guest. To make things worse, I requested a late check-out, and was charged ₹1000 for a short extension, which most hotels usually accommodate politely if the room is available. Here, there was no courtesy or hospitality extended—just rude responses and unfair charges. I travelled alone as a women for business trip he totally ruined it and made me uncomfortable for visiting alone as a women and choosing their hotel.

Dear SHRUTHI M, Thanks for lying without second thoughts. 1. You didn't actually slipped in the parking area, You dont know how to drive a scooty properly. You came very fast into the parking lot and made a sudden turn without slowing down, which made your scooty slip and hit the already parked bike which was there. There was a small yet deep scratch on the bike which you hit because of over speeding which is completely your fault. The bike which was parked moved nearly 2 foot after you hit witch reckless driving. Next day when we asked about the incident, you completely tried to escape from the dame you did. you denied everything with arguments. Luckily, we had a security camera which covered your overspeeding accident to the bike already parked. After seeing the camera footage and proofs of scratches you changesd your reasons like your scooty was rental and breakes are loose. there was rain water on the tires and that ridiculous reasons. I wish i could attach security footage of your stunts you pulled here. You checked out at 4 pm instead of actual check out time so we charged extra. You paid 650 damage to bike after we spoke to showroom in front of you. DONT LIE PLEASE 2. Yo

Dear Guest, You made a booking by mistake on the wrong date as a mistake from your part and we said no to change the dates as you booked from MMT which is a third party. We asked you to talk to MMT customer care. We dont understand how can you portray this as a bad experience without even staying. No need to add unnecessary negative words just because you made a mistake while booking

Hotel is just 300 meter away from R K Beach. We have taken deluxe premium room which is not at all value to the money. Furnitures were very old and cheap quality. Bed's mattress is made of with very cheap quality sponge type material which was very much compressible. This type of mattress caused shoulder and back pain. Bathroom & toilet accessories were very wornout & broken. There was no knob for wash basin tap. Toilet seat cover was also broken. There is no restaurant in the hotel.. Complimentary breakfast ( only 2 items) which was brought from outside was very cheap & poor in quality.

Dear Guest, Sorry for the inconvenience. We could have resolved the issues immediately if you informed in the reception. We charge 100 rupees per plate for breakfast which include two varieties packing and transport from the cloud kitchen.

Terrible Stay
THE PEOPLE IN THE RECEPTION ARE RUDE. THE DENY EVEN SMALL REQUEST LIKE WATER BOTTLE. THE PICTURES ARE ABSOLUTE FAKE. THE PLACE IS OLD. WHEN WE CHECKED-IN THE HEALTH FACET WAS LEAKING. SO WE HAD TO USE THE VALUE TO CONTROL. ON TELLING THE RECEPTION ABOUT IT THEY SAID MANAGE AS THEY DONT HAVE THE PART. THEN WHEN ASKED FOR ROOM REPLACEMENT THEN WAS TOLD THERE ARE NO SIMLIAR CATOGORY ROOMS. THEN ON INSISTING THAT IT THEIR RESONSIBILTY TO UPGRADE, MAGICALLY THE PART WAS FOUND AND WAS REPLACED. DONT RECOMMEND.

Dear guest, We replaced the part by removing from another available room as last resort as you are not willing to wait. We wish we could post or attach the videos which we recorded during your misbehaviour after drinking alcohol extremely. We had to call police on you for your unconscious behaviour and unparliamentary language use on the hotel staff. We have reported the incident to police and shared your identity after you left.
Good but price need to be minimised according to facilities
Experience is good, but no proper food facilities are available in the hotel. Beach view is partial.

Dear Guest, We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We collaborated with cloud kitchen for breakfast and nearby restaurant for lunch/dinner options. Per day one bottle complimentary and extra are chargeable. Coming to toiletries, Soap and shampoo are available in washroom. Dental kits, shaving kits and toilet rolls are provided upon request to reduce wastage and misuse. Thank you.
Good Stay
The stay was awesome. The hotel is just 10-15 m away from the beach. The staff was friendly as well as the front desk. Even the security uncle was helpful. For roaming I chose the rented bike (Scooty-500/-) from Dhoom bike which is situated near the Q hotel. As well for breakfast, lunch & dinner hotels are just a 5 min walk from the premises. You can also choose the Hotel's restaurant for having food. Thanks to Q hotel as well as MMT for making our journey memorable.

Average Stay
About The Q Hotel On the 1st day it was tremendous I mean awesome. The room was good as well as everything in the room was too. On the 2nd day it was poor, maybe because I booked it again from MMT instead of booking it from them. The room was worse than the 1st day. Rather than that everything was good, mostly the staff was helpful as well as the front desk and also the security uncle.

Location wise Good, just 50mtrs from sea beach, Nice clean and cosy hotel, clean rooms and bathroom... The only drawback for me was that they provide 2 separate single beds. If anyone comes with small kids then you have to struggle for a good sleep and drawback for couples also.. Else everything is good. Nice and supportive staff...

Dear Guest, We are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We collaborated with cloud kitchen for breakfast. We charge 100 per plate for breakfast which contains two varieties. Coming to price breakdown, 40 rupees goes foe each variety breakfast with two chutneys. 13/- for packaging boxes with 3 compartments and 7 rupees for transport for few kilometres. We didn't charge any high price as you mentioned, you can check our website and booking platforms to know the difference between with/without breakfast. I will talk to our front office staff about being not responsive and take proper action. Thank you.
