Located 5km from the railway station, this homestay property is well connected to all the sea beaches of Vizag through local conveyance. RK Beach is at a walking distance from Pedda Waltair Circle. The caretaker of the property, Kishore Babu, is very helpful and tries to provide all the facilities within his limits. On the first day, we thought that our online homestay booking choice was wrong, but soon Kishore and his companion won our trust with their service. This is a homestay, so one should not expect extraordinary room service and facilities like hotels from this budget-friendly property. If you want to explore Vizag, then you can freely opt for this property. Every room should be provided with an electric kettle so that one can use black coffee or dip tea.

Affordable stay, Good host, need to improve,
We stayed as three people in a suite room, which was one of the rooms in an apartment. The other rooms were occupied by different guests. The host was excellent — very friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He quickly attended to anything we needed and made our stay comfortable. The suite room had a hall, a balcony, a bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom, and two TVs. Everything was in good condition. The AC wasn’t functioning very well, but it wasn’t much of a problem as the weather was pleasant. The bed covers and pillow covers could have been cleaner, though the host promptly replaced them whenever we mentioned it. It’s a good and affordable option overall. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers or all-girls groups, as the surroundings didn’t feel completely safe — we noticed a few people drinking outside as we passed by. Also, having purified drinking water available in the stay would have been a nice addition.

Bedsheet n blanket provided was not washed... there was a stained for food...terrible service. The workers were talking very loudly at the lobby. Very inpleasant stay

I don't blame on Hotel but it's shame to brand like MMT have recommended it.
Worst hotel to stay, don't spoil your vacation, No neatness (completely different from pictures shown. No room service, it ruined my vacation experience. Finally I don't want to blame hotel but brand like MMT for recommending that hotel.

Overall average rating. Poor service and no food and other and other facilities. Only Home stay is there and the rate is also on the higher side. MMT mis guide the customer for the stay.

Overall Stay was good. Owner and staff were warm and welcoming. Location is very good and prime. amenities and services were ok. Had a decent time staying here. Good budget homestay with basic services.

Poor Stay
There is small 2 floor hotel with no lift facility.small reception on way to staircase.there is no facility of parking.there is insindbank in ground floor.and hotel situated in 2nd and 3rd floor.they provide dirty pillow and chadar .The hotel ambience is not good and 1 staff handling everthing.food is not good .location of hotel is in road but not clearly visible. Wifi facility and gysear is available.

Room was clean and well maintained and is 2 km from RK Beach..Hotel owner was also well behaved and friendly and helped us to inform about good restaurant near by, but I guess it's all about commission . so please ask near by shop or people to get more details about other good restaurant.All was well except at the last day the owner charged us 400 for 1 hr late checkout...Also get ready to give tips every where...good luck

Excellent Stay
Owner behavior is very good. Room is also very nice with proper air conditioner. Bathroom is awesome only need to give some soap and handwash with it.
