Very very bad experience. It's not 3 star hotel. It's not even a 1 star hotel. They will just cheat you if you booked along with breakfast then it's waste they won't provide you breakfast they don't have restaurant. And when comes to room. Leakage of taps torn-ed bedsheets and curtains spoiled wooden chairs, insects inside the room. They don't provide anything like coffee tea bags no kettel, no iron box, no comb or brush or paste. Don't go with the hotel pictures. Pls see for the guest pics and comments.

Perfect place for couples.

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist without any judgements, we got there early but still the check in process was smooth, we had no troubles in getting outside food delivered in the room itself. The room was good and delivered everything that was promised.

businessHarassing for early check-in. Although it has mentioned that early check-in (10. 00 o'clock) and late check-out (1. 00 o'clock) is free, subject to availability of the room. Pillow cover torn. Bathroom ventilator window broken but they are asked for extra money even if i check-in at 10. 00 am also and without money they are saying no room available. But if i pay money for early check-in they will give me room. After so much harassment and call to treebo their manager is ready to give room at 10. 00 without charging. Room service quality is very low. Hot water problem overall i will not refer my friends and family to this hotel.

Room was not good. Bathroom water is stagnant. Found black insect. Breakfast was included but they carry from outside. Tea cofee not included in breakfast. Reception uncle is behaving like pm. Horrible

We have to wait for almost 1 hour for the allocation of room, apart from that the room is ok but can be improved. Feel for family its not worth it. Need to think once again to whether come back to same premises or not.

The worst service. Literally they closed the bookings in make my trip app for standard room because they are less in price. They asked me to book the deluxe room which is 300 more than the standard room. I don't understand how you people are allowing such idiots to be there in the hotel reception.
