Excellent Stay

Yesterday we faced a lot of problems during booking hotels. But thanks to make my trip for helping us to find a good hotel. The customer service guy was really very nice, supportive.

Your booking confirmation as well as the location shown while booking were wrong and so i had to roam 2 hours to search and reach a location in which building no name of hotel even is there.

Sir The Property is under maintenance..We informed the Goibibo and MakeMyTrip team to update on the platform but they failed .it's not all our mistakes .The property will open on jan 20th onwards in new location.

The location is 4 km away from the actual hotel located on! room are not good & bad smell
