have to ask for mineral water multiple times even if it's complementary. the suit room sofa is with full of dust

This hotel is located at a good place. Sea beach , shopping malls and Jewellery Shop are within 2 km . Railway station is 2.5 km. Away, The hotel staff are courteous and supportive. We had a pleasant staying. Area of improvement: Toilet items, water heater shall be provided as a mandatory accessories.

Stay is okayish but room needs to be more cleaner and no basic eminities were provided like water bottle, towel etc...

The room allotted was not up to the mark as expected, and it felt more like an average hotel room. The room service also needs improvement. However, the breakfast provided was good, and the pickup arrangement from the bus stand by the hotel was well-managed.
