The hotel room was very good and food was delicious in the restaurant. The only concern is that hotel staff don't pick up calls on time. I had to make several calls for them to pick each time. Also most of them don't understand Hindi or English well. So it is difficult to communicate.

rooms are good cleaning staff and room service was good but the disappointed instances were with the restaurant team. very unorganised , unaware, no etiquettes behaviour. from the time you enter restaurant you have to tell a to z to the waiters there to bring cup bring sugar bring water take order bring order. everything has to be said. excluding restaurant team stay was nice . I will also mention that the cook's team which is chefs making food , are doing a good job . food tasted very nice . it's just that the restaurant team makes the whole experience disappointing. also please get some variety for breakfast buffet. it's very routine same and boring.

The room was very neat & clean Washroom was properly maintained.The complimentary breakfast was good.The service in the restaurant was not upto the mark.With the exception of restaurant service everything was superb.

We had an extended stay at the hotel as it was very near rainbow children's hospital. The staff were courteous and quite responsive. The food in the restaurant was decent. I recommend this property to anyone who has to stay in health city as attendants to a patient due to it's affordability and hassle-free experience.

Though the location and rooms of this hotel is good, the service and hospitality of this hotel is worst and nothing less compared to hell. On 6th july 2025, during my stay in the hotel my son has vomited on the bedsheet and towels. I have made condition with the hotel manager that they will refund the security deposit of rs 2000- minus the washing charges if the stain would be removed and if not, then they will courier the soiled towel and bedsheet to my address and in that case the security money would be non refundable. However, they have refused to disclose about the information about removal of stains from towels and bedsheets and also to refund the security of rs 2000- already deposited until i gave them 5 star rating in makemytrip. Com. Please avoid this hotel, if you are travel-ling with kids. They have also used foul words against makemytrip for deducting some money from their staff as a result of 1 star rating already given by me.
