Review Of Hotel Spar Grand

I'm booking to room including breakfast this hotel no restaurant no breakfast

already informed will check in early..thry agreed but on coming charged us extra...tv not working, ac not working, and need to request for water soap etc.. reception also not frndly.. didn't like the stay at all..

The hotel looks good but the facility is terrible. 1. TV is not working. 2. Staff came to resolve the issue but did not resolve the problem. 3. In the toilet there wasn't any soap for the bath and there wasn't any hand wash/soap etc. for cleaning hands after using the toilet. 4. On the reception counter staff demands 100/- cash as security deposit and ask it will be returned after check out. He returned the cash after checking it out but it's not good.

Not provided food (breakfast) but while booking the hotel through make my trip, breakfast charges collect, actually that breakfast provision not having in this hotel but collected charges so request you to return the breakfast charges. No single amenities provided by hotel even towel, soap & toilteries not provided but while booking the hotel by make my trip application it has been mentioned, hotel staff also not good and not respond properly, they don't uderstand engligh i am facing the problem while check-in also

Stay is good and clean, room is little bit smaller overal Good stay

The Good morning resort was very bad, they management didn't on the geyser, and lot of Powercuts, staff was very bad

it was good but another day booking not possible in online said hotels . They did not provide any water bottle in room.

The Staff was good and service was very nice , and room is clean and AC Tv was working well so everything is good
