Very disappointing stay – Not worth the price
Detailed Review:
I had a very disappointing experience at this property. There was no luggage assistance—guests must park in the basement and carry all bags themselves through ramps and elevators, while staff stood by citing “policy.”
On arrival, my room lock malfunctioned, and instead of giving me another room, I was kept waiting almost 30 minutes while a locksmith was called. The room, though claimed to be 300 sq. ft., had only one chair apart from the bed. Central AC had no remote, only a fixed wall unit. Toiletries were inadequate (just a shower cap and comb, no dental or shaving kit). Room service stopped at 10 PM, minibar was empty, and complimentary breakfast was served only after repeated confirmation calls to reception.
The location is also inconvenient—far outside the city, taking nearly an hour and extra toll charges to reach anywhere.
Overall, the stay was well below expectations. If it were not a non-cancellable booking, I would have checked out immediately. I sincerely request MakeMyTrip to consider a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, as the facilities and services did not match the standards promised.
