Other than location everything is good . Specially food is excellent and staff behaviour is good . G

There is not enough amenities and items as mentioned , even though paid for delux room the service felt like standard . We ca get same service with standard room price .

Very disappointing stay – Not worth the price Detailed Review: I had a very disappointing experience at this property. There was no luggage assistance—guests must park in the basement and carry all bags themselves through ramps and elevators, while staff stood by citing “policy.” On arrival, my room lock malfunctioned, and instead of giving me another room, I was kept waiting almost 30 minutes while a locksmith was called. The room, though claimed to be 300 sq. ft., had only one chair apart from the bed. Central AC had no remote, only a fixed wall unit. Toiletries were inadequate (just a shower cap and comb, no dental or shaving kit). Room service stopped at 10 PM, minibar was empty, and complimentary breakfast was served only after repeated confirmation calls to reception. The location is also inconvenient—far outside the city, taking nearly an hour and extra toll charges to reach anywhere. Overall, the stay was well below expectations. If it were not a non-cancellable booking, I would have checked out immediately. I sincerely request MakeMyTrip to consider a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, as the facilities and services did not match the standards promised.

It is not at the centre of city. Food and hospitality is good. Room was large and comfortable. Doesn’t have a direct entry to main road to reception

Value for money large spacious rooms, broad lobby and corridors, large windows lot of sunlight. Very close to airport location also helps

No food arrangement after 10.30 PM

The hotel is located near to the Vizag airport, approx 20 mins from Vizag railway station. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Improvement areas : We did not get the room before 7 am even after requesting for early check in . Toilet drains may get clogged. Response from the hotel staff is slow especially during morning hours. I had to call 3 times to the reception to get the air conditioning fixed since it was not cooling.

House keeping is poor . They don clean the room daily . Also buffet at restaurant often do not have sufficient quantity and need to wait fr long .
