Best Location near Vizag Bus Stand, Good Service, Staff Co-operative.

Faced poor service at the hotel — receptionist initially denied room availability despite rooms showing , gave the room reluctantly after online booking, no water in the bathroom, and delayed check-out.

Very neat and clean highly recommended for middle class family luxurious Room jitna socha Tha usse Acha paya, hot and cold water available for bathing

All are good..especially location access is good. Food, amenities and services are good..We can again book same hotel..

Room was good but the washroom need some repairing. Also the lock system was not working properly but the staff was supportive and managed to get another room and repaired it next day itself.

It made such a difference and really helped me relax. The room itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was super cozy. Staff is good but they not even provide complementary water bottles for each day of stay,they just provide on the day of arrived,it is not satisfactory remaining all are good
