No one to help the guests. Only 3 people managing the property and one guy was really nice helpful in getting room service.

The accommodation was excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the food was outstanding. Overall, it was a great stay.

We checked into Hotel Ambica Grand on 8th Sept at 8 PM for a night stay as we had an early morning flight. The experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the price (₹1800). • At check-in, no assistance was provided to carry luggage. The rooms were located in another building. • On entering the room, we found dirty and stained bedsheets, pillow covers with black spots, and blankets with hair on them. The floor mat was torn. • After complaining, the staff shifted us to another room, but it was no better. • Basic toiletries were missing — only a soap was provided. When I requested a dental kit, they provided it but later charged me for it along with water bottles. • Complimentary water was just 2 small 250 ml bottles, which is unacceptable for a night stay. Overall, very poor hygiene, lack of basic facilities, and unprofessional staff behavior. Definitely not recommended — you can easily find much better hotels in the same price range. It is a hotel located very close to IIPE at Andhra University. The room was clean. But they did not have Iron Box and Iron Stand. rest all was good. Good Tasty Breakfast, cooked Freshly. on the whole a very good experience.

Hotel room ambiance was likable. Many a times, there was no light from lift to your room. Ours was with meal- b/f, lunch or dinner. There was no choices in b/f. Dinner items also are fixed and limited. We have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes to get served. Food was ok. Its better to clarify first about meal package.
