My experience was terrible 1. There is No water to drink in the hotel, no water purifier , no bottles for purchase also, I have to purchase water bottle from nearby shop. 2. No one is responding from reception. No one is taking calls from the hotel. 3. When I booked the hotel, there was a mention about breakfast included, but there are no facilities like that. Please don't mention at least breakfast included. They are Lying to the customer. 4. No staff to clean the rooms, during stay no exchange of bedsheets was there. 5. Basic facilities were missing like Bucket , mugs, towel. 6. After telling the reception he gave soaps and shampoo. Very very terrible experience, sorry it hurt me, because for the first time I have made a trip with my family - old age father, mother and with my wife and small kids. Kindly provide basic facilities.pleae please please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Location is OK but services was very bad. Water was not coming in bathrooms full time. Drinking water was also not available

The hotel was like a hell hole. Hard bed, Lots of mosquitos, no water, no food services at all.

This Hotel is not for family... this is chaddar badlu Hotel 🏨... Location is not bad... they are not providing Food,... amenities and services are very bad...

I recently had the misfortune of staying. The experience was subpar, to say the least. Here's what went wrong: - despite confirming room availability over the phone, the hotel manager refused to provide a room at the designated check-in time, citing unvacant rooms. To add insult to injury, we were charged extra for a room that wasn't even ready. - the rooms allotted later were in a deplorable state - unclean, dusty, and with stained bed sheets. The acs didn't work properly, and the air was thick with an unpleasant smell. - the staff's behavior was unprofessional and inefficient. To our shock, they were drunk at night, causing significant inconvenience. - the hotel's lack of attention to detail and customer care made our stay uncomfortable and stressful. take necessary actions to address these issues and ensures better services for future guests. Until then, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really good place and friendly staff, rooms are hygienic and clean, budget friendly place really worth it.

Staying is very good. But staff emergency not provide mobile charger. And in that room bed bugs are thare. So i have face little bit distarbance.
