Hotel was neat and clean. Service could have been impro
Initial day problems faced since check in . as rooms were not ready for new check in. somehow they got ready one room. I checked in that room but nothing was available, even bath towels . hotel said they don't have towels. Anyways they provided all requisite facilities after a hot discussion. Second day was normal. they provided everything in line. but overall service during stay was poor. Food qualities are awesome at the eaters.

Treebo Imperia room service is poor. Hygiene is horrible. bBed sheets with blood stains observed. inspite of repeated intimations they were reluctant to change. Hygiene doesn't mean only spraying some room freshners, room need to be cleaned. It's not value to the money paid. Please take care.
