Never really felt the need to write reviews or anything, but the abhorence of the stay compelled me to. Very arrogant and rude staff, no help/support/cooperation. Try not to stay here even if you get to stay here for free.

That was not a hotel, forced me to pay extra money. Very much disappointed

Very bad hygiene, the bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean.

The hotel is one apartment in a flat. Only one room was available. Terrible room - dirty and small. Even smaller toilet. There's space only for the commode, no place for shower. Upon arriving at the venue, i decided not to check in, and went to another hotel instead. But makemytrip provided me with no option to cancel it. I get it that it was beyond the check-in time that day, but my booking was for 2 days. Makemytrip should have allowed me to cancel at least for the second day and provided me with refund for the second day. Terrible experience. Won't recommend anyone to book here. I would like to be refunded for the day 2 of my booking. I had booked for 2 days. Didn't even check in at the hotel. The mmt app did not give me an option to cancel. For the second day, i should be refunded for not staying.

The owner of the hotel denied me a check-in just a day before my trip. It's thanks to mm t customer care who arranged. A different hotel for me for my stay. The arranged hotel treebo trip re-otel was a good and comfortable stay

Thought it was really good with the price, booked it for me and my friend then turned out to be very dirty, there was no reception area, no drinking water, no ac, the bathroom was super dirty as well.

property shown in the image is clearly opposite of what you see. you will never ever going to stay there if you have a look of location and hygiene of the property. rooms are so dirty and meshy that they looks like a public bathroom. dont even think of staying there . and if you think i am wrong then please first go and survey the property. you will be thankfull towards me if you personally visit the hotel before staying. horrible place
