Property location is in the main market area, good for travellers who need to get to the bus station at odd hours. The property is just getting ready with the new ownership. Hence, though the rooms look nice at first look, the bathrooms are not fully clean or maintained. Water drainage in bathing area is slow and needs repair. Kitchen is not in service and guests cannot get meals in the hotel. Only tea and basic bread seemed to be available but even that was not available till 8 in the morning. So guests leaving early cannot get morning tea. The service is as yet unprofessional. There are polite and responsive people at the reception but are not yet experienced in good hospitality. Loads of garbage lie piled in visible areas of some staircase landings for most of the day. Evening tea was brought in an open cup and had already turned cold. Much more attention is needed to spruce up the basics.
