Nice property, conveniently located. food is good, room service and cleanliness is appreciable.. highly recommend for a pleasant stay at haldwani.

Located in a quiet lane off the main road, it was a good choice for our hospital visits. Lots of eating options around,but the food was good..we ate ala carte, and it was tasty. Adequate parking area next to the building, quick response to house keeping requests.

Loved the room, it had a view of the mountains. Room service was good. Food was ok, not that good. We ordered poha for breakfast, it was bland.

Property is fabulous, foods are to good, location is excellent and other facilities are remarkable, overall our stay in this Property is memorable

Rooms are spic and span with good linen and good room service. Small basement parking served my purpose. Front office staff was very polite, so was Priyanka at the rooftop restaurant. Food quality is superb. Had dinner and breakfast both at the hotel.

We reached at hotel at 11:30 pm, whole family was tired. Very long check in time, no AC working in main lobby, staff was totally untrained... when we complained.. reception person asked just to cancel the booking.... quite smart....hhhh.... because they very well know that there is no refund on cancellation...we booked for 5 adults but hotel denied extra bed... in the name of bed hotel offered only floor mattress...parking was open and dirty... full of keechadd only... never book this hotel on the basis of pics on MMT

I found the property via MMT, services are worst, in amenities they only provide towels nothing else , for wifi they don't even have password for their wifi. No staff present at the restaurant, actually no hospitality no professionalism is there. I asked them if there is parking available in basement they said "please check yourself". They have the open parking , at morning my car was coloured with gutka which people spit from their hotel from above. Room are cleaned though but overall worst experience.

service, food , amenities and facilities were not as per location. had to ask twice to get the things done. tea was not fresh in the breakfast wi-fi dint work entire time. room was stinking when I entered the room. it was supposed to be best as per the charges and brand.

However, one improvement I would suggest is for the reception to be more responsive. There were times when calls to the front desk went unanswered, which could be inconvenient for guests needing assistance. Despite this, my overall stay was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again. With a little improvement in reception service, this hotel would be an even better choice for travelers!
