Five Elements Hotels Maplewood Premier - 3Kms from Railway Station, Haldwani

Everything was good, an extra bed was not provided for kid and a single double bed was not enough as it was mentioned that all guests can accommodate on one bed easily

It was a good experience and i didn't have any problem, but they should put some basic things in the room before check in, for which I had to call at reception like a dental kit and sleepers. Rest everything was good

Good Property Goof food

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful front desk. Breakfast was simple, but ample and tasty. Vineeta and her colleagues were hospitable and efficient. Paratha and masala omelet was excellent.

room was good, food quality was good but the hospitality was very poor. I have stayed for two days. next day in the morning I told the reception that clean my room but when I came in the evening I did not found clean my room. He was the same as I left.

this is my second time staying at this property the properties where in nearby to the railway station both rooms are very neat and clean that's the main reason selected this property again

it was a mixed experience.hotel was good but the parking was filled with stinky water also our voucher stated that we have 20 percent discount in food but they didn't give us discount.that was very dissapointing

Located in a quiet lane off the main road, it was a good choice for our hospital visits. Lots of eating options around,but the food was good..we ate ala carte, and it was tasty. Adequate parking area next to the building, quick response to house keeping requests.

Loved the room, it had a view of the mountains. Room service was good. Food was ok, not that good. We ordered poha for breakfast, it was bland.

Rooms are spic and span with good linen and good room service. Small basement parking served my purpose. Front office staff was very polite, so was Priyanka at the rooftop restaurant. Food quality is superb. Had dinner and breakfast both at the hotel.

Poor food quality with no proper toiletries available...very poor service
