सफाई नाम की चीज नहीं डस्टिंग कह कह के करवानी पड़ी पिलो ओर चादरें रोज नहीं बदली गई, टी वी खराब पाया गया, पैसा अगर लिया जा रहा है तो गुड्स प्रोवाइड करवाने की जिम्मेदारी होटल की है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ बाकी स्टाफ ओर होटल मालिक का व्यवहार बढ़िया था, थोड़ा अपने काम को इंप्रूव करने की जरूरत है

The name shown at the time of booking and the hotel name was different, after many difficulties got checked in. The room was dirty, the washroom light was not working and faced issues in the room light and AC too.

The location of the hotel is in the city but very congested area. Room services was very poor. No breakfast and dinner served by him even it was booked with the package. I have already requested /complaint you to return amount and currently waiting for the same from make my side .

This hotel is not at the specified location. This hotel is running under some other name.couples are also coming there. The AC of any room of the hotel is not working. And there are many rats in the hotel rooms. There was a very foul smell in the room. The rooms were not clean at all. We kept changing rooms till 3 o'clock at night, because of rats and AC.

Property location is in the main market area, good for travellers who need to get to the bus station at odd hours. The property is just getting ready with the new ownership. Hence, though the rooms look nice at first look, the bathrooms are not fully clean or maintained. Water drainage in bathing area is slow and needs repair. Kitchen is not in service and guests cannot get meals in the hotel. Only tea and basic bread seemed to be available but even that was not available till 8 in the morning. So guests leaving early cannot get morning tea. The service is as yet unprofessional. There are polite and responsive people at the reception but are not yet experienced in good hospitality. Loads of garbage lie piled in visible areas of some staircase landings for most of the day. Evening tea was brought in an open cup and had already turned cold. Much more attention is needed to spruce up the basics.

The property was good according to the tariff. It was very difficult to find the property as the name was recently changed and we reached the location at night. We were not informed about the change of name and we searched for it for more than 2 hrs in middle of the night.

The stay was great, loved the room cosy environment hygienic and the staff was quick. The person guided us over the call from oyo for directions and even helped us once we reached the hotel. Even he was available when we were checking out ensuring our stay was good or not.

Great staff very helpful. Made my stay pleasant . Location is good. Nearby bus stand. Good location in terms of connectivity

No bedsheets, washroom was smelling, the mattress cover was torn also bed cushion was torn. Only one blanket was provided. Room wasn't clean either. The only positive lining is room was spacious.
