Room was clean and washroom was also clean. However, there were no towels and also room service is not 24Hrs but otherwise the location is very accessible with taxis and busses. Lift facility is there but our room did not have balcony. Overall the stay was fine

The location was on the road, so there was no problem with it. The staff was quite polite and active. They were able to provide the stuff at your door if needed. The only problem was with hygiene. In some corners of the room and in the washroom, small crabs were there and they kept crawling here and there. Also, some stink issues were there with the mattress. While checking out from the hotel, I gave them this same feedback and they accepted it politely and promised to work on these issues.

The overall experience was satisfactory. The hotel is located near roadways so good wrt connectivity. However rooms are small compared to standard size. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Prem Negi ji. Food was top notch. Would recommend.

Hotel location is good but they have not service staff, Food order they delivered around 1 hour. Morning Breakfast start from 8 am which is very late, Hot water not came for bathing we have our child and aged mother they are unable to bathing with normal water now a monsoon season.
