Hotel is located at the heart of the city.Hotel is however small and outdated. there are steps that leads to reception area which make hauling luggage a big challange. Dont expect kettle, tea, and set of toiletries. room size is decent. cleaning can be improved. Staff was very helpful and attended to any query that i had. was safe which is very important to a solo female traveller like myself.

Horrible experience faced during stay at the hotel. Owner is rude and don't have value to customers. Hygeine wise, common bathroom and toilet didn't meet up my expectations! No lift is there. they don't have mineral water. It's inside a very narrow lane which is hardly very difficult to search even with help of map. Not at all recommended... They denied to extend booking even after booking for the second day.
