Cool location in center of city, good food according to choice and excellent staff behavior

Located near sushila tiwari hospital. Placed at the centre of the city. Rooms are average. Staff is very cordial and helpful. Food is decent. Cleanliness can be improved.

Food, Location are too good. staff is so gentle and polite. Rooms are also clean. its old construction so this to advise to management Pls change some thing, like that rooms light etc.

I have visited Raj Palace with my family. They nicest staff and very good service. We enjoyed our stay. Pleasant whether increased the joy of stay. Nice place to stay.

Service quality was very poor. Anybody anytime can interrupt in private room. Staff was very keen to know what was going in my room. They tried many times. Staff was behaving very rudely. Please never stay here i advise you. I will never stay in my life

Bathroom condition is very bad There is a crack on toilet seat lid. Tap was not in good condition. Bathroom door lock was not in good condition. It feels like they don't care about the people who opt for Makemytrip offers. They should take care of these amenities.

I would recommend this hotel though location is little bit far from railway and bus station but overall is recommended. Please take jungle view room that is there is forest research Institute. All is value for money.

Hotel is very good. Food quality is too good. Service is perfect. Hotel interior is great. Cooling is best. I was with my colleague for business propose due to sales and marketing job. It was really a great experience. Only the location of hotel is in outer area rest things are heat.

Just because of makemytrip app I found good hotel in prime location at Haldwani. Hotel room is clean with good service and also share you well quality food serve by hotel specially thanks to makemytrip.

Visited the hotel in March, 16 and got nice deal from Makemytrip. Room was well-organised. Nice interiors and good service provided by staff. Though google map is not showing its correct location, I had to suffer a bit finding the location at 2300 Hrs. Overall it's very good and one should go to this place.

We had a nice experience yesterday - 25 the anniversary of my sister. We were welcomed nicely and the place location at the outskirts of the haldwani city, made the venue soothing. The food was tasty and organized well. The suggestion on my part would be - There can be more fun activities and nice music to avoid boredom. My overall experience was good but can work more on music and entertainment, overall I'll rate 3out of 5.
