The room was so bad the nattress was very old and worn out the sheets were dirty

hotel staff is very good and cooperative nice services fooding quality is very good overall excellent services

Hotel is located at the heart of the city.Hotel is however small and outdated. there are steps that leads to reception area which make hauling luggage a big challange. Dont expect kettle, tea, and set of toiletries. room size is decent. cleaning can be improved. Staff was very helpful and attended to any query that i had. was safe which is very important to a solo female traveller like myself.

The room is not so good and bathroom smelling food is costly not worth for money

Room was spacious,neat and clean, The food was delicious. Well behaved person. parking is at front, The reseption was at 1st floor . Electric kettle was absent. Overall a good place to stay at Haldwani.

Horrible experience faced during stay at the hotel. Owner is rude and don't have value to customers. Hygeine wise, common bathroom and toilet didn't meet up my expectations! No lift is there. they don't have mineral water. It's inside a very narrow lane which is hardly very difficult to search even with help of map. Not at all recommended... They denied to extend booking even after booking for the second day.
