Rooms are not standard in size, damaged paint in room, choked wash basin, Used water bottles to serve water.

good hotel, very neat, staff is supportive

Everything was good but the size of room is small.

The room had rats screaming all night. we could not sleep. There were spiders/insects in the blanket. we had a very bad experience

1- The TV is not working well. Showing network issues again and again.

The stay was calm n cosy. And the hotel was just about a km away from bus stand and located in market area.

This is worst experience in make my trip because i will not stay on this hotel because local staff denied local ids but didn't mention any where in make my trip that local id means adhar card voter id etc is not acceptable only written local ids is not allowed so how understand that local ids means all type of ids and payment already done before check in and payment will not refund because no policy in this case

It's nice to stay over there. They allotted me a good room but the only problem is i feel there is no hair dryer.

Location is excellent, only 5 minutes from haldwani railway station. Staff is courteous & supportive. Room size is too small. 90 sft without any windows or fresh air is not what a tourist prefers while looking for a comfortable stay. No restaurant, no parking. Even tea is procured from outside.

The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The locality is also a plus, as there are several cafes and dining restaurants near the hotel.

Just a blanket provided in such cold season. It was really tough to sleep

Room were very very small tiny like washroom size, as far as think rooms were of 1000 charged 1800 just frauding

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night only. I was in haldwani and had to spend the night with my family, hence based on the excellent reasons and reviews i decided to book a room at this hotel. The hotel and the room looked pretty clean at 1st glance. However, close inspection of the bedsheets and pillows revealed traces of hair, etc, indicating that they were not washed or replaced after the earlier guest left. On reporting this to the staff, the sheets were promptly cleaned though. The room itself was barely big enough to fit the bed, our luggage bags, with very little space around to walk. The bathroom had two covered drain outlets that seemed to be clogged due to hair, etc resulting in water logging. The staff may have cleaned the bathroom but not done a thorough cleaning job by cleaning under the drain covers. The towel provided was not clean too. Bathroom basic toiletries were missing and were supplied by talking to the staff. The night we stayed at the hotel, unfortunately, saw multiple power cuts. Though the bathroom and main room had a light each on backup power, including the ceiling fan, we had other issues with the power plug. There was just a single power plug that was available in the room. Connecting anything into that plug resulted in sparking in some wall-built-in night lamps. The entire night we faced problems with power cuts and plug sparking. In the morning we realized that it was not just in the plug but was actually resulting once certain buttons in the panel were switched on that controlled the night lamps. There was a tv in the room that had an air-tel box connected. However, the subscription had expired and therefore we could not basically use the tv at all. Overall, we expected better services from the hotel, especially based on the excellent ratings and reviews, however, we were very disappointed.

Behaviour of the management is very polite and helpful, upgraded my room from economy to an upper class without extra charges

No infrastructures, no service, room are very small, absolutely no service. It’s not even a hotel, its kind of lodge

Nice stay for couple. Also very near to bus stand liquor store and family restaurant.

Overall it’s a good stay. Parking can be a issue for those who have 4 wheelers.

Stayed here for a night on the way to Delhi, wanted something in the main road so chose Casa Inn. The property is just on the majn road. Hotel looks quite new and they were courteous enough to upgrade me to superior room. Ròoms are well maintained however we had to get the linens changed as it was not clean, same with pillow covers. Superior room is road facing. There is no in house restaurant although you can order via swiggy/zomato. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel. Overall good stay nothing much to complain except that the linens should have been replaced before checkin

It was terrible, room was so smelly no proper aminities, unsafe environment for couples, people where drinking and shouting at night, worse ever experience
