My stay at this Zip By Spree Hotels Madhuram Haldwani was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and often appeared intoxicated, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The rooms were in poor condition — the bed sheets were dirty and unhygienic, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this Zip By Spree Hotels Madhuram Haldwani to anyone looking for a clean and safe stay.
