Location and food were ok but the the hotel amenities were poorest i have ever seen. The price is quite high based on the services.

It’s easily locatable. The property is ok for a one night halt. The hotel is old and so the rooms are a little worn out. The linen is not really up to the mark. However for a stop over it’s not that bad.

It was an overall awesome experience. Worth for the money spent. The property is well maintained including room, bathroom, swimming pool, common areas, parking etc. The restaurant offered tasty food. The food prices are on bit higher side. The entire staff is highly customer focused.

I have faced trouble the whole night from sound from other rooms. Staff not short out the problem after many time requset.

Hotel was good, all the facilities are also good but the room is not up to the mark….room is not at all maintained as per the rating of the hotel ….wall paint is not proper, bed and bed sheet pillows covers are looking like they are 10-15 years old and not changed till date

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel ark and i must say, it was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the pool. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Overall, i can confidently say that hotel ark exceeded my expectations and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Service was terrible and very series repair and maintenance issue. Wouldn't recommend to any one. They tried to give thali against dinner booked.

Location is quite close to the railway station and costs about a 100 rs to get there. Very courteous staff.

The size of the room was the only good thing. A/c doesn't cool properly. The bathroom is poor with sub standard fittings. Food is highly over priced. And finally the attitude and hospitality of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
