Not a good place to stay in Summers - The location is hotel is within the streets and it’s completely chaos - No AC for Single stay rooms and common washroom. No exhaust the room will be small. Although staff is good but stay isn’t that comfortable. No Ac Suffocated space No lifts it’s on 4th floor Common Washroom with no cleanliness No Plugs to charge your phone Too hot to handle it upstairs Only 2 because of the staff that’s so supportive Else the location is within the narrow roads

The room was very clean and hygienic. Service was good too. The staffs are very polite and cooperative.

All the staff were so good, listened to us and took care of all the important needs. The location is very close to the bus stand or railway station.

The facilities were good, they provide wifi but speed is very slow, rest is good. I didn't try the food there so I can't comment on that. Little difficult to find out location. I called hotel staff then then I got the exact location.

Very rude behaviour of staff members, and there was not extra mobile charging point on inverter, if you want to charge your phone you have to remove wire cooler in this hot season.

location is near railway station. property condition is good. the price is ok as compared to other hotels in the area.

hotel is pathetic . not recommended for family. situated inside sabzi mandi. car is unapproachable. all staff seems to be suspicious launda lafeda .totally not recommended. after booking I have seen the hotel and even after payment I have decided to not to stay is this. I havenot checked in with family coz it was unsafe for family .

It was a good, safe place to stay at Haldwani. even though I arrived late at night there was a person ready for our check-in the room was decent, clean and spacious. the hospitality was good and also the food

The property was good but there was no aeration in my room as it lacks a window. Hotel staff was cooperative and rest all was good

I had my Car and 1 suitcase bag and one other bag. The hotel was in such a location that I couldn’t even reach there by my Car. The lanes were too congested and in the market area literally. There was no way I could reach the hotel by e-rickshaw also. The hotel says that they will send a scooty for me. They were planning to carry me, my wife and my luggage in scooty. Terrible place to make a hotel. Moreover they wouldn’t not even refund my money. I booked it at 6 PM and talked to MMT support at 6 30 PM that I can’t reach there but no support has been provided for the same.
