My booking was included welcome drink and breakfast but not provided. Hotel staffs was so careless.Strongly NOT recommended.

Room was ok. The toilet seat was small and not very clean. Hotel had good service but the kitchen closed early and options of food were also very limited. Kitchen staff was impolite and lacked professional behavior

The room was not suitable for occupancy due to a strong odor of smoke. Additionally, the shower was inoperable, and the staff's behavior was unsatisfactory.

The room's condition was not satisfactory. Upon entering, i noticed an unpleasant odor of smoke. My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing.

Totally a waste of money f&b department rude no manners to talk rudely behavior and no towels no tea cattle no cup no tcm not placed in the room if room is not fully complete so how can be vacant front office department and also hk department

Very pathetic service. Especially the rates in the restaurant are unexpectedly high and misguided. When ask on reception to make me talk to the manager. She called the manager but manager even didn't bothered to talk to me and disconnected the call after talking to his staff only. Rooms are very tiny and dark. Unhygienic and room service is very poor. This seems that this hotel is for looting people. Restaurant is worse then anything.

To much dust in the room no water available no towal available and soup no buffet in the hotel. Room service too much good staff is very polite

I had an excellent stay at lavanya tower in haldwani. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and i highly recommend lavanya tower for anyone visiting haldwani.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.
