at counter receptionist demand for 500₹ more to stay but my booking is pre-payed and non refundable so i have to pay 500₹ more to stay at the hotel. this is not good i am so unhappy with the service please refund my money back to me

I had booked a room in hotel Shivalaya for 11 Sept 2022 I reached hotel and they informed me that this reservation is not valid. They asked me to take another room on payment. I asked them how is it possible that rooms are getting booked . I reached there around 1pm and after alott of argument I was given a room around 7pm. Me and my wife had to wait in reception with our luggage till that time. I want my half amount to be refunded. I had reached hotel after a long journey and this is how they misbehaved with me. Rooms were very dirty, no electricity backup, unhygienic toilets. I am highly disappointed with this experience. .

But rooms are not clean. No soap, paste provided. Flush button was not working.

Rooms are average. Not recommended if travelling with family or as a couple. Alright for business travellers. Washrooms are in a pretty bad shape. Ours was the one which even had a leakage from the roof.

Location is good hygine maintain food availability is ok

At first when i had conversation with the honour after booking, they did not told about the early morning check in extra charge, they only told that early morning available but they did not disclose any charge secondly there was no television in room and beding was not properly clean thirdly utensils were damaged not working also no gyeser facility. Hotel me entry he gala t ho gayi pahle bat hamne booking ke or wo hotels wale bol rah e hai ham booking let e nahi doer rat ak out of city jaagah par aap femliye ke sath hotel ke bahar khade hai kaisha lagega kafi doer bad mmt ne ushne mana liya or hamne cheqin kiya ab waha khana penna nahi jab doabara car parking se nikali market gaye wo main city se 7 km dur thai jaha na zomoto ata hai na koi or over all shahi raha sab.

Room and bathroom were fine but the dht and tv were disconnected. And ac remote was not provided. No, thank you

Hotel was closed as we went there. 2 hours we were standing on road

It was good to have time spend with partner.

Average experience was good, but room and other assets not cleaned properly.

Avoid if you are travelling with family.

The hotel didn't provide free breakfast which was mentioned on the website and it was disheartening. Room service was not good. Water was not available 24x7.

It's a budget friendly, neat and clean Hotel to stay.

Nice stay, room is clean, staffs are cordial and helpful.
