The room was Dirty the staff was not good, Washroom's exhaust was not working AC was not working

My overall stay was average. Their services were also average.

Awesome it was very good . I travelled as a couple . Room was decent but the pillow cover was not so good

unsatisfactory services. Also "Complementary early check-in and late check-out" written was a myth. They've charged extra amount, which is absolutely irrelevant. Bad environment.. People kept disturbing by ringing bell and knocking on the door back to back and staffs of hotel barely look into this matter. Worst experience in a hotel till now.

It was a vmy experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, i immediately noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. There were dust and dirt in the corners, and it appeared that the surfaces had not been wiped down. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with [mention any specific issues, e. G, unkempt towels, dirty shower, etc. I expected a lot more in terms of cleanliness, especially given the hotel's reputation. I reached out to the front desk to address these issues, but the response i received was less than helpful. [if applicable, mention any follow-up actions taken by the staff and their effectiveness, if any] overall, i was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel if cleanliness is a priority for you. I hope they can improve their housekeeping standards in the future. Ery bad experience.

Maintenance of rooms are very poor, lock on door were not working. House keeping was not good, wash rooms were not hygienic. Service of rooms were very poor. Food was average, bad smell was in rooms. Nothing was special to mention only location of hotel is in prime and very good and very near to national highways to nainital uttrakhand

Very poor service and i have pay delux room charges but they are ac problem in room i have complane reception many time but no response

It was situated in a vibrant and convenient area, close to popular attractions, shopping districts, and transportation links. This made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable, saving me valuable time during my stay

The ambience of the hotel is good. The staff is not very much courteous as i have to carry my luggage and find the room without anyone to accompany and show me the room. I was charged 1000. 00 for early check in by 4 hours when inf-act i had to check out the same day by 7. 00 pm

Went with family, had good stay, great food and location. Would stay again in the near future. The staff also was cordial. Thumbs up to the hotel team.

Hotel is excellent, room is neat and clean, washroom is very clean as i expect. Staff is very cooperative.

Hotel was poor. button of ground floor in elevator was not working. I need to step down at 1st floor then stairs. Reading lamp was broken. I asked for a fresh new towel but didn't got. Toiletries were given on demand. Food was 0 rated. Washroom stinks.
