Our recent stay at hotel emporio was unfortunately a deeply unsatisfactory experience. We were particularly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room and the shockingly poor quality of the food offered It became clear that basic hygiene standards were not being met. The bathroom was equally neglected,

We changed our rooms because of bathroom and then in another room they gave us bed which was very uncomfortable and the food made me very sick.

This hotel is very good in every aspect. The food is fresh, clean, neat and delicious. The location is also very convenient. And the service is also very good.

The BSA hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

a very ordinary hotel. when I was given the room, it was stinking badly, I asked the reception to change my room. in the 2nd room the white pillow covers had turned grey as if they have not been changed for months and they were stinking badly. I continued on to order some food, so I ordered veg hot and sour soup as I am not very fond of eating at night. the soup was served only half bowl as if I was paying half the price. no towel was there in the room, the intercom was not working. overall a very below average experience

All nice , but in this budget they have to do offer breakfast also , but apart from this all things are good

Gives a feeling of Oyo stay. Can't understand why they are charging so high. Bad and dirty rooms, dirty & smelly washrooms. Arrogant and lier staff. Don't stay in this 3rd class hotel

Property location is 250 metre far from exact as shown in mmp. In amneties they show no bar is here. In 12 hours of stay there is electricity cut for 6 to 8 times for minimum 10 minutes no other source of light in room whole dark

Super clean room with supporting staff for early check-in. Healthy and tasteful breakfast, above all perfect location for hassle free commute.

I booked a room in emporio hotel on 12th november for my last night trip dated 18th november, i was s hoked when hotel staff told me that all hotel room had allocated to some other customer. After long talk they arranged a room for me but it shows their unprofessional attitude and behaviour. What is the roll of make my trip in this if we are booking hotel room through make my trip paying all tariff in advance. And still getting such issues it's all together a very bad experience. Do not recommend such hotel

Room was terrible and whole night dj was going on and we could not sleep and room was without any window

I have booked this hotel by looking at the ratings of make my trip by ignoring some of the reputed old hotels of haldwani. It was quite disappointing stay as hotel is not that standard to charge rs 2 k plus there is no laundry facility, rooms are very small and maintenance is not good. Staff and restaurant is good
