My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and often appeared intoxicated, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The rooms were in poor condition — the bed sheets were dirty and unhygienic, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and safe stay

I tried to check in around 9 pm but the hotel staff refused to offer room with a reason that there is no light. After a hard time, they shifted us to another bad hotel, where they asked us to charge Rs 350 to use the washroom just for 2 minutes immediately after checkout. They are not even aware that as per law no hotel or restaurant can ask for any charge for washroom or toilet usage.

I am a premium client with MakeMyTrip and have always trusted your platform for my travel bookings. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent hotel booking experience. Despite breakfast being included in my booking, no breakfast was provided during my stay. Moreover, none of the washrooms had running water, which caused significant inconvenience. This experience was highly unsatisfactory

The hotel rooms and location were very good and the best part is that the service there was very good and the food was very good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

For starters the staff was not cooperative and when I asked for extending my check out by 3 hrs they charged me full price for it but in their policy it was 2hrs extension with no charges and after that for 4 hrs over that a price of 30% was applicable.

The people handling the Hotel were unprofessional ,they do not have basic etiquette to speak to their customers , really bad experience. Will never ever book this hotel again in future & will never recommend it to anyone.

The place has worst parking and the hotel room was full of mosquitos , poor hospitality service you have to wait atleast 20 mins to get water bottle from staff , it was very terrible staying there

Everything was good apart from Ants in the room

The bedsheets were oil spotted and staff was telling since this is a marriage hall hence you will get all like this .Second they don't have a kitchen hence they buy everything from our side and provide fake bills bought from stationery shops without names and GST details with service tax .On enquiry with them they say don't pay as it's Customer right and show personal QR code for accepting payment .Hoevery Rooms are quite big and better but it's 7 KM from Haldwani bus station and 13 KM from Kathgodam

We didn’t get the complimentary breakfast I ordered for , the bed sheets were dirty toilets werent clean and they gave us teo different quality of rooms where one had a balcony and a window other didn’t even have ventilation
