Hotel staff is quite rude and misguiding.

As soon as i reached to hotel after my booking, hotel receptionist denied that they dont accept online booking. The reason he mentioned was that is booking hotels at low prices and they dont entertain their booking. Also, after having a long conversation, they told that pay the difference amount and they will reimburse. So i would suggest you to confirm once before booking. I dont understand why hotels dont finish up their collabs. This has been the trend going in almost all of the hotels in gurgaon.

Hotel manager charge 600 extra after already paying on mmt

The manager charged extra even after payment was prepaid, although room was clean and very good and bathroom had some problems but if i have to rate for cleanliness it's 5 star and service was very poor, they never pickup calls,
