very good location , neat and clean rooms , excellent view on north side. Very good parking space excellent service . very nice toiletries

Poor Stay
Rooms are congested and small. Full of unwanted furniture. Apart from this the serving utensils are in bad shape as well as not clean. The rooms are neat and clean. The buffet system is not there as they serve the complementary breakfast which is prebooked with room but the quantity is less. The staff to be trained for professional behaviour like the one you get in professional hotel. Location is good. I didn't clicked

To bring to your kind notice Sir, in family suite our each room area is approx 180 sq ft, exclusive of washroom (which is 45 sq ft), which doesn't sounds like a small area, but we are happy that you noticed the cleanliness of room. We sincerely apologize for the behavior you experienced from our staff, as that time we were short of staff and he was trainee staff. Although we tried to compensate for your experience by allowing you late check -out till 4:00 pm without any extra charges as request by you considering the senior citizens that were travelling along. We strive to provide exceptional service, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. Your concerns will be addressed with our team to ensure that such incidents are not repeated. .
