As we go for check in the hotel manager did not provide us any room and told us to contact make my trip customer support and denied our check in.

Hotel was so good and all the staffs were also so polite helpful. The rooms were neat and spacious with all amenities.

I waited for around 90 minutes, at reception just because I booked hotel from MMT, and the stay cost is low, so it is my fault that your company and hotel, has such kind of issues, and they are harassing normal people. Before taking any booking at least check that, if there is certain terms and conditions, after that you should confirm booking.

The room had dirty curtains, stained towel, bed sheets and mattresses. The bathroom fitting was broken and leaking. The AC was also leaking. Overall my experience was terrific. I am surprised how OYO is promoting such dirty room to guests.

First if all they told us this is a couple friendly hotel, check in time is 12 pm and checkout time is 11 am next day. We stay for just 3 hour and we are going out for some time they told us if we are checking out or not, we told them that we will come 6 am in the morning, because we have to visit our neighbor in Kolkata but they told us its not allowed. We have to stay in the night but we have paid already its really very bad behavior.

Location OK. Not clean. Room offered after cleaning, waiting for half and hour. Bed linens were used and not cleaned properly. After objection, bed linens were replaced which was not even ironed. Food bill given in normal voucher, credit card not accepted. Most important, I could not get my GST included.
