It was an incredible stay at Hotel Sawood international. I have got l complimantary Room upgrade to an Executive Room. the staff are very good and supportive. I would like to give special thanks to Mr.Amir Duty Manage who supported me a lot during my stay and made my stay most memorable. highly recommended. Excellent Stay
It was a good stay. Room was clean. Staff behaviour was polite as well as they helped in parking my car. Room service and food was good as well. Can improve better if they can provide some amenities like hair dryer and room slippers. And one thing about the wifi as it was not getting proper connection to my room. Overall stay was good. Won’t say bad. But can be improved

service was poor and linen was dirty
Service was slow and poor and they provided breakfast in the room instead of normmal buffet breakfast. Pillow was dirty and room was small.

Dear guest due to some hotel's construction and development work the very day we had to stop the buffet service and individually service to the each guest made it little slower than usual . We are seriously looking into the pillow quality and requesting a forgiveness for the same . Standard rooms are cozy and meant for corporate and single travellers mostly . Nice stay at affordable price in main locality. Staff services are good.
It's location is accessible to our conference place at biswa bangla mela prangan a walkable distance and also to science city. Well decipline and kind nature staff. Room also very good and in reasonable price. Mr sourabh the manager is friendly and dignified guy. We stayed two days comfortably. I suggest this hotel for my friends also.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is quite good situated on road so very easy to access. The buffet breakfast is really good at the hotel. We were even allowed free early check in at hotel

familyI’m happy and satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were very cordial and supportive. We were met with all our needs during our stay. The rooms were clean and the food service was excellent. Location wise, it was perfect, the hotel is close to victoria’s memorial, science city, st. Paul’s cathedral and various malls, i will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in kolkata.

Worst hotel to stay.. no hygiene maintained
Worst experience. Water not clean from taps. Taps are broken. Pathetic roam service... They don’t even have mineral water bottles to provide

But what affected most that was the size of the room seems small to you . As you had booked Standard category room which is meant for corporate travellers with budgeted cost . But normally we upgrade our valued gusts on complementary basis out of a normal practice if the rooms are available . Unfortunately that day hotel was totally occupied so we could not upgrade you . Poor Stay
Food was somewhat can be called as okay but the room service was below the par. The things required by us such as pillow etc were not provided even after several requests.
