The property ambience is very good and the food prices are very reasonable, but the toilet flush is not working properly, please care more about the bathroom equipment, The swimming pool is in very good condition, best stay for everyone,thanks

Location good. The place needs renovation and variety in breakfast. But the host was good. Very helpful.

Unclean toilet. Had to aks for towel and soap but was given after 8hours of stay. Food was horrible. Don't use cab to go there. Bcoz getting cab is very difficult. Own vehicle preferable. Only positive point is privacy is good

the villa was nice and calm it's wonderful experience good for family to stay and recommend for all.

Strictly not recommended for family. I see the Kids play area and booked for my kid to play. But the Activity all are dust and Not maintained properly. Room all windows are not proper, my wife not feel safe staying here. She thought anyone can come inside through window. Booked for 2 Adult but they provided one soap and not provided any dental kits. Food is not good, due to low booking they said Morning buffet is not available so they served at the room itself. They simply provide pongal, vada, idly and poori. They not asked what we want and they don't provide any fruits and beverages. I have booked this resort for Night but the service what we get is like 900Rs/ Night room. Totally not satisfied with this Stay.

Serene cottage with a scenic atmosphere. Food is limited for veg but tastes good. Good for children to play, plenty of spaces for family getaway.

The property is big and greenish, with big lawn and kids play area, some of the cottages are being renovated and we stayed in the rooms comes along with party hall. The room size is bigger, neat and clean. The only problem is mosquitoes. Otherwise the property is good.

When i stay in my room, some people knock outside, which disturbs me. I’m not sure how the receptionist monitors this.

Very calm and quite place, very safe and family friendly. Lot of activities in the place is to be enjoy

Review sugam resort very pleasant and peaceful to stay in weekends very nice atmosphere inside chennai surrounding and reception and staff and management are very nice persons overall good experience! suggest others to go !

Rooms are very clean and calm place in gardens but swimming pool experience is very worst, they are allowing near by local area people's for swimming pool and over crowded in swimming pool, some local people's are jumping from compound walls, some people's are not paying the amount for swimming pool and make disturbing the resort booked children's. Children's pool also crowded by local area children's. They are passing urine in swimming pool.

Restroom was not clean and stinky
