Hotel room was big and absolutely neat and clean. Food was delecious and prices were decent. Hotel staff were very courteous and always ready to help and support. View from the rooms is not great but overall nice experience staying in the hotel.

our room was upgraded as per our request. hotel is in outskirts of Dharamshala. staff was very cooperative n humble. cleanliness of room can be improved.

Enjoyed stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The food served is fresh and delicious. The rooms are spacious and have basic amenities. However it would be better if those are equipped with iron and ironing boards.

I am not happy with the booking .We book the cab for enjoying the tour but which Vehicle you have sent which is not as per requirement .dharmshala is hill area but vehicle you have sent not going to all area where I want to go .I am not Happy from your cab service

Very good property, 5-6 km away from Dharamshala town. If someone wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to stay. We opted for family room and it was quite spacious. The service was really good.Staffs were very polite and welcoming, special thanks to Mr. Assu.
