I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience quite mixed. The room quality was good, clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, the room service was just average, with delayed responses. A major inconvenience was that the hotel lift wasn’t working, which made movement with luggage difficult.
The food quality was below expectations, lacking both taste and variety. Hygiene needs serious attention—there were many mosquitoes and bees, making the stay uncomfortable. The supply water was dirty, and it didn’t seem like any filtration system was in place, which raises health concerns.
Hotel services were poor overall, mostly due to a lack of staff, which affected timeliness and efficiency. Furthermore, many listed amenities were missing, which was disappointing and misleading.
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Repair and regularly maintain basic facilities like the lift and water filtration.
2. Improve food standards and cleanliness in the kitchen and rooms.
3. Hire more staff to ensure prompt service.
4. Conduct regular pest control to address the mosquito and bee issue.
5. Ensure amenities listed are actually available for guests.
