Property is good, but no service
familyProperty is really good, but if you need any services there is no one to help you out. The stay manager was good, the geyser was not work, and we not sure whom to complain, the domestic help don't understand other than tamil. And domestic help available only on day time which really don't at day time, as we visit of site scene.

Amazing property could still do better
Firstly the property especially the front area is too good, we were a large group close to 20 people and found it very spacious and comfortable. Now to the things for improvement, pols add ac on the rooms or improve heaters or live bonfire inside the bungalow without any of these we were freezing in cold weather during unexpected cyclone, for the price, each room should have proper toiletries, grooming kit, toothpaste etc, extra blankets were also in short supply, the kitchen provided has a very slow gas burner taking us hours to cook meals. Overall for the price you must provide more benefits and amenities.

Property located at ooty town, outside restaurants are easily available within 500m. On reaching the stay about 100m roads are not concreted, parking facility is there. No soaps, shampoo, toothbrush etc are available at the stay, so better take it by ourselves. Rooms are neat and clean, staffs are friendly. Barbeque facility available at a cost of 1000 rs, we have to take the chicken masala etc with us. Kitchen can be used, a cook may be arranged at specific rates(we have not used it. Nice place if we wish to stay at ooty for family members of strength 12-18. Though the property at the ooty town, at the property it is very calm and quiet. I will give 4/5.

Weekend getaway
This was a lucky find. It's a heritage property that is well maintained. We drove to Ooty so location was convenient. The hosts had shared the location in advance and the care taker by staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. It's a heritage property with ample effort spent in restoration that makes the experience quite awesome. Our room had a lovely bench by the French window with a view of the garden and blue skies. Morning tea is a ritual for us and the setting enhanced the fun. A small kitchenette helps. Give it a go if you are looking for some solitude ;)

An awesome stay for family
The location of the property was easy to access. The caretaker was friendly and cooperative. They have a kitchen facility for the guests. The sanitation and the facilities were impressive. Love to recommend this property to others.

Not worth the money
The property location was in a bit of outskirt. The rooms were clean and relaxing. The staffs were cooperative and responsive. The only drawback was the room size which was not as we expected. Not a value for money.
