Review Of SPARSH CANOPY RESORT

Pathetic hotel, there is no professionalism shows by staff. Poor room, there is no amenities kept in room. Damage bed sheet, no TV signal, no drinking water, no proper check in process, we has called several time to the hotel for room check in, expensive room rate.

My recent stay at sparsh canopy resort, booked through makemytrip, was an incredibly disappointing experience. Located a considerable distance (23 kilometers) from jaipur's hawa mahal, the journey to this resort was marred by poorly maintained roads, characterized by dust and a generally unpleasant condition. Upon arrival, i encountered a significant lack of basic amenities. Furthermore, the housekeeping service was notably slow and inefficient. Even the provision of basic necessities like water required explicit requests. The culinary offerings from the resort's restaurant were unappetizing and lacked flavor. If presented with the opportunity, i would unequivocally rate this stay with a score of negative.

Sparsh canopy resort is the worst ever stay i have ever booked through makemytrip. It is 23 kms from jaipur hawa mahal and all roads leading to this horrible place are broken, dusty and terrible. Basic amenities are missing. House keeping is super slow and lazy. They don't even give water without asking for it. Food from the restaurant is tasteless. If i am given an option will give minus -10 to this stay.

Location was awesome. Staff behaviour was very gud. Food quality was also great. Had a great time with family over there. Cleannesses was also taken care of. Will look forward to come again for sure.
