Good Stay Review
Overall, the stay was very good. The staff was sweet, polite, and always ready to help. They have an indoor kitchen, and the food quality and presentation were impressive. Everything was served fresh, and hygiene was well maintained throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. A great place for a relaxing getaway!

Terrible Stay
Property location was okay, was not difficult to find, pillows in the rooms had terrible smell, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional he denied for the checkin and shouted a lot, it was 1 am in the night because of this behaviour we also got irritated and u also talked to them in a very rude manner, then the manager asked us to call make my trip support centre and cancel the booking and asked for help and then later the front desk staff denied talking to make my trip customer support. After More than 1 hour of arguments we checked in and the manager kept saying sorry, we were tried from the journey so i told the manager we don’t need your sorry and then made him talk to make my trip customer support.

Excellent Stay
Great stay - clean & modern hotel - customer service of hotel staff was excellent & caring. They are building the restaurant at the moment & so when completed I am pretty sure the food will be super. Very relaxing & comfortable stay - would definitely recommend.

Good hotel in not so desirable location
soloSonesta is a new hotel and so are the amenities/utilities provided by it. The room was fresh with plenty natural light and ventilation. The room was clean and so were the bed and bath linen. However, the hotel is still work in progress and hence there were some glitches (e. G. The elevator wasn't working and had to climb 3 floors to check in, some places on the floor were still being built and hence dusty, etc. The key issue is that the hotel is in an industrial area (wagle estate) and hence not a picturesque place. It's mostly deserted and in darker times becomes desolate. Getting an auto is difficult as well and the stay can be tricky in absence of personal transport. However, overall the product was decent. Coming to service, the reception guys were decent and helpful. They helped me auto twice and were ready to accommodate my luggage for few hours post checkout. However, they weren't ready to extend checkout despite the hotel being relatively unoccupied. They were ready to help out with food as well (although i didn't see onsite restaurant. While guys were very helpful, the tone was a bit transactional and i believe this can be improved. I recommend this hotel for singles and couples who have their own transport and just want a cosy place to crash at the end of the day.
