Staff was very cooperative & supporting with a pleasant face . Keep it up. Rooms are also very neat & tidy.

The hotel is good, but the staff is not up to the mark. After placing an order, it takes 1 to 2 hours for delivery. Similarly, even after requesting room service, they did not provide it.

Ambience is kinda good n that's the only thing, starting with staff apart from housekeeping seems rude n service is not good at all if u go into your room there is no proper ventilation n no exhaust in toilet, there is no restaurant n they two tied up restaurant which will gt your food in 40 to 50 minutes n by the time food comes it's cold, they gave two tea bags n later evening when asked the receptionist started making faces n said we dint have n then he gave it will make u feel like u r at some cheap stay

Room was excellent best part is room and washroom was clean and tidy, also the staffs are very gentle, smooth check in and check out.

It was nice hotel except that we have facing power cut problem 3-4 times. Other wise the room is neat and clean
