The facilities and communities in the hotel are good as compared to other hotels in Thane Mumbai .

The stay was excellent , rooms were clean and neat. Great food. Will definitely come again!

The room bed was damaged. oil not available, TV remote not working. kitchen facilities not available in dinner also outside food not allowed. we can say average.

Over all good decent stay the staff is good and provide quick service safe so far for a relaxing stay

There is no breakfast food option, complimentary food is just for formality. No fan regulator will work. Worst room amenities

Hi team, regarding the hotel not much cleanup up to mark. For food, foods are available after 8 am which is not good. At least tea and any other food must available from 6 am because we need to leave some time Erliar where facing such issue. So the team needs to take care on high priority.

Hotel location is good. Room was good. Good options were not there. Breakfast is not upto the mark.

The location had a lot of mosquitoes which were not going away even after keeping good knight on for entire night. Food was terrible. Had a food infection next day and couldn't eat anything for entire day

Room was clean and spacious. I deducted 1 rating for towels provided. They were not perfectly clean. Also paratha were not freshly cooked. Egg noodles were delicious.

The service was upto the mark, fast, clean and efficient. The food was really tasty and the staff was too fast and polite.

Breakfast is average stayed 3 nights /4 days. No variety sheets n towels are not clean. Staff is cooperative. There is no covered parking. One has to park in open outside hotel premises and it is very congested

Delux room without fridge, air conditioner not working until service, no stirring spoons along with the coffee kettle, bath towels beyond usable life, cigarette smell from previous occupants. Lot needs to be done prior to room allotment. Staff says not enough time, even though i checked in 2 hours late. Location is good.

3. Average. Morning breakfast can be improved by increasing the choice. At present we are given only two types.

Room walls have the patches, no options in breakfast. One person asked for bread and they said bread is not available.

This hotel is always been my fave hospitality and everything is so on point i have even suggested my frnds to book from make my trip and they did it last weekend for 3 days rooms and everything is soo good and clean and staff is very nice looking forward for more stays here. No thankyou

Excellent hotel to stay, staff is very helpful and hotel is at perfect location in thane. Also help for parking. Breakfast was also good
